Gratitude and BIG things coming!

Hi Everybody! Hi!!!

Since I became an entrepreneur at seven, I have wanted to inspire people. The first quarter of 2023 has been great. From speaking engagements to awards and college visits, it's been an unforgettable few months. In this blog post, I'll be sharing with you my experiences and the lessons I learned along the way.

The first highlight was when I delivered a keynote speech for 1,000 adult entrepreneurs at TSP Game Plan. It was an incredible opportunity to share my story of how I hit six figures by the sixth grade with other business owners. The best part of it was the chance to inspire others and hear how my story impacted them.

The next highlight was when I spoke at an assembly of 1,000 5th graders for the Orangeburg County Community of Character. It was so cool to share my story with those who could relate to me. Empowering young people like me is the key to a better future, and I'm proud to be part of that change.

Another exciting experience was when I qualified and competed in my first DECA Internationals competition. DECA is an organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in high schools and colleges, and it was an honor to represent my school at the highest level of competition. Even though I didn't win, the experience taught me the importance of perseverance, hard work, and networking.

My next highlight was when GaBBY Bows were featured on Good Morning America and the Tamron Hall Show. Seeing the invention I created and patented with my Mom on national TV was a dream come true. It was also a reminder that anything is possible when you take action, dream BIG, and stay focused on your goals.

Lastly, I was honored by Because of Them We Can as one of eight amazing leaders in the 2023 inaugural cohort of Young Frontrunners. This award recognized my contributions to my community and my potential as a future leader. It was a humbling experience, and it motivated me to keep pushing.

And this year is just getting started. Stay tuned for some BIG exciting news coming in the next month or two... maybe some new colors of GaBBY Bows :)

As I reflect on the past quarter of my journey as a teen entrepreneur, I'm filled with gratitude and excitement. Success is defined by how many lives you impact. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, but it's worth it when you're following your passion and making a difference.

To all the parents of girls out there, I encourage you to support your daughters' dreams, nurture their strengths, and help them overcome their weaknesses like my parents have. The world needs more leaders, and I believe we can all make a positive impact, no matter how small or big.

Thank you for reading, and I hope my journey inspires you to pursue your dreams and be the change you want to see in the world.

Love💜

Gabby
