Return and Refund Policy
We are happy to replace any damaged products within 30 days of purchase, and exchange your product for another of your choice if an error was made on our part in filling your order.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you will have 30 days from the date of the order to return the product purchased at gabbybows.com and request a refund. Free consultations for best use are also offered by contacting us at email@example.com.
A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your order. You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number (RMA).
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking number so we can track your return.
You must return the product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 15 days of receipt of RMA.
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not opened, physically broken or damaged).

Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (such as state and customs) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to gabbybows.com.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or mistakes in shipments that are caused by third party shipping and courier services.
