Did you participate in DECA in high school?
Hi Everybody! Hi!!! Last weekend, I participated in the DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) competition at my state level and placed second in the business service marketing category, qualifying me to compete at the international level! It was so much FUN and I am so excited about DECA Internationals! DECA stands for Distributive Education Clubs of America and is an organization that focuses on preparing emerging high school leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. The organization offers students the opportunity to participate in competitive events such as role-plays and case studies where they can demonstrate their skills....
I struggle with loving my hair too
Hi Everybody! Hi!!! I have a confession. I’m not always confident in my hair. In fact, my Mom and I had this discussion a few days ago because I thought my twist-out looked bad. I didn’t think it looked perfect, and sometimes you want your hair to look like others' online or around you, and that’s not always the case. She encouraged me to love my hair the way it is and to not compare myself to other people.
