Rozalynn is the Co-Founder and President of Confidence by GaBBY Goodwin, a curly girls hair accessories solutions brand that removes stress from hair styling so families can bond over beauty. She and her seven-year-old daughter Gabby solved the age-old problem of disappearing hair barrettes by inventing GaBBY Bows -- the first and only guaranteed anti-slip Double-Face Double-Snap Barrette. They hold three patents on GaBBY Bows.
Rozalynn and Gabby have been featured on The Real, Good Morning America, The Today Show, and inForbes, Kiplinger Magazine, The Washington Post, and Essence.
Rozalynn also serves as Vice President for Advocacy and a lobbyist for the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) which represents all the hospitals in the state. A native of Mt. Carmel, SC, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Lander University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Carolina.
She is a Liberty Fellow in the Aspen Global Leadership Network, graduate of Leadership Columbia and serves as board secretary Right Direction Church International. A fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Rozalynn is a recipient of the James E. Clyburn Community Award for Health Care Leadership from the University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health, Early Career Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives, and Alyce Kemp DeWitt Award for outstanding volunteer work from the United Way of the Midlands.
Rozalynn also manages the career of her husband Comedian Mike Goodwin. Rozalynn, Mike, their daughter Gabby and son Michael live in Columbia, SC.
